(NIC Semifinal) 5 1 12 The women’s team showed solid improvement throughout the season, even though finishing at 1-12. They were competitive in most games but struggled to score goals. Emily Albright did a superbob j in goal, making many incredible saves. Kristen Nelson led in goals, followed by Mo Hodgins, Julianna Vivas, and Alicia Bryant. Melissa Lauser anchored the defense and made the Northern Independence Conference All-Conference team. Chelsea Jones was named the conference scholar athlete for the season. The team showed great teamwork and spirit the entire season —hey t started the season with eighteen athletes and finished with the same number. This team built a solid foundation for the future of Paul Smith’s College Women’s Soccer. 62
