Z a u K a p p a M e t a Each year the new freshmen are encour aged to attend our first smoker, enabling both freshmen and sophomores to become better acquainted. The turnout was really great. O u r pledge class upheld all the traditions of pledging and all were taken into the fra ternity. Saranac Lake Winter Carnivel parade was an opportunity for the Brothers to work togather. The fellows proudly dis played a humorous float, about America and Russia trying for the moon. They won second place in originality. The social calendar was busy last spring as the members joined in the Beta Alpha Lambda fraternity in running Spring Week-end which included various woods men’s field contests as well as dining and dancing parties.
