Hotel Management The hotel program is made up of terminal and pre-professional students all working toward their Associate in Applied Science degree. They arc guided in their studies by Harry Purchase, head of the hotel management department. All phases of the hotel business are covered and supplementary practice work is done at nearby bolds and restaurants. Ac­ counting, purchasing, taxation, history, physical science, speech, management and foods help make a well-balanced curriculum for our future hotelmen.
