DRAMATIC CLUB After a two year absence from the campus, \Kollege Kalam ities\ was revived and presented by the Dram atic Club in the Spring of 1955. This was a most welcome affair to us, as well as to the patients of nearby W ill Rogers Mem orial Hospital for whom a second production was staged. Our sparkling entertainment and wit earned for us a write-up in the theatrical daily trade paper \V a riety\ as a result of this show. Activity within the club got off to a bang the first week of Fall semester when the new Freshmen under our supervision and direction, staged what we fondly hope will be the first of many annual \Frosh Fatalaties\. The purpose of this was to get the Freshmen to gether so that they might get to know each other better and so the school as a whole could discover and enjoy their talents right from the start. Almost immediately thereafter produc tion was begun on another \F i r s t \ — namely the Christmas Variety Show. This consisted of over two solid hours of fun-packed enter tainment and music, by courtesy of the \T ro u badours.\ Spring semester saw us present to the Library a fourteen inch bronze bust of Abra ham Lincoln. W ith all of our activity this year, we feel that perhaps the most important was the re-establishment of Delta Psi Omega, the National Honorary Dramatic Fraternity, on our campus. 48
